Service booking process

• Step 1: Choose the service you want to book (Example: Book airport shuttle)
• Step 2: Fill in your contact information in the registration form and click the submit button. Or contact Evertrip’s consultant directly via Hotline (Zalo) 0921.121.318 and provide your information.
• Step 3: Evertrip will contact you to confirm your service reservation. You will pay a deposit (depending on the service) to secure your booking.
• Step 4: You will receive a confirmation message with service information, electronic ticket QR code, deposit amount and balance (if any), and usage instructions.
• Step 5: You will follow the instructions to use the service.

How far in advance should I book travel services?

Normally, you should book the service 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. During peak tourist season (May – August) and major holidays (Tet, Labor Day, National Day, etc.), some services may be in high demand and run out quickly. You should contact us as early as possible (7 days in advance) to ensure availability.

Can I cancel my service after booking?
